Treatment Philosophy 

Nutrition affects everybody, however, not everyone understands how nutrition can be personalized for them. Once people are given the correct information to succeed their nutrition can create a sustainable and positive impact on their life. As a dietitian, I focus on providing science-based care. I provide the knowledge and tools needed to help people achieve their goals and make a sustainable and positive impact in my clients’ lives. Some areas of care include:

Enthusiasm and passion has driven Veronica throughout her career. She started out her education at West Chester University and completed it on the other side of the country through the WIC Dietetic Internship in California.

{The United States Department of Agriculture, established the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC Program) as a permanent program in 1974. It’s purpose is to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk. This is carried out by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets. Nutritional education (including breastfeeding promotion and support) and referrals to health and other social services are also provided.}

In addition to her Counseling at the Center for Mindful Health and Acupuncture and with Vita Nutrition Services Inc., Veronica works as the sole dietitian for a 200-bed nursing & rehabilitation facility. She also provides counseling at a drug recovery center.

Veronica is a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. To further her education, she is currently working on obtaining her IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) certificate.
