Hot stone – the use of hot stones aids in the relaxation of muscles & allows benefits at a deeper level without applying firm pressure

Melissa Fox, LMT & Esthetician believes self-care is a must in today’s busy world. She graduated from The Institute of Therapeutic Massage in 2010 and has been practicing & advancing her education ever since. Melissa has a passion for helping others feel their best and all of her clients can expect treatments that are tailored to their bodies & ailments. She has also completed specialized training and has a great deal of experience working with women for pre & postnatal massage. When she isn’t at the center she enjoys spending time outside with her son & husband. She also enjoys DIY crafts, good wine & watching The Great British Baking Show.
